HarmonyWorks programmes focus on building service culture and leadership behaviours on a bedrock of principles and core values.

We believe that strong individuals make for strong organisations. Workshop design typically builds on individual strengths and provides participants alternative ways of perceiving and interacting with their world, and, in so doing, making effective and productive changes to their environment at home and at work.

Our preference is to work within an organisation or group, i.e. via in-house programmes customised to suit the needs of the particular target group. We have found this to be an effective way to reach out and make a difference. We provide consulting on service culture development within the healthcare setting and in public as well as private companies and organisations.

Non-profit organisations are offered special rates.
