The Personal Leadership Journey
Submitted by pat on Wed, 11/06/2008 - 5:43pm.

THE PERSONAL LEADERSHIP JOURNEY MODULES
Personal Values Audit
Participants will be led to review their personal values and beliefs via a process of guided reflection. With importance being given to respecting individual privacy and readiness, this process caters to the level of depth of the participants, and may be tapered to suit individual as well as, organizational and community needs.
Discover My Personal Mission
Based on the review of values and beliefs, individuals are led to reflect and develop their personal sense of purpose and mission in the family, community, workplace and the world. This is an extremely powerful intervention and may be utilized effectively to develop leadership awareness and capability.
Reviewing Self Beliefs
All of us hold beliefs about ourselves that may be empowering or limiting. The core of this module is to identify beliefs that may be limiting and finding ways to strengthen and develop beliefs that will empower.
Developing Internal Resources
This module reviews individual strengths and resources and seeks to build on these innate abilities of the individual in order to develop greater self confidence and enthusiasm.
Targets & Goals for the Future
At the peak of this workshop would be the individual readiness to plan developmental goals for the future. These goals could be related to family, work or community.
